Returns & Refunds Policy: We want you to shop with confidence! Our return policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and transparent for everyone. You can send refund request at info@maugny.com with your order number, items and any other details explaining the reason for return. Your refund request will then be processed on first come first serve basis by our review team and once approved you will be emailed a self-addressed courier label with instructions. A return shipping label cost of CDN $10 flat fee will be deducted from the refund for each courier return. Each return label covers one parcel up to 2 kg (4.4 lb) and no larger than 18″ × 14″ × 6″ (46 × 36 × 15 cm). Additional shipping charges may apply to parcels exceeding the stated weight or size limits and will be deducted from the refund.
Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
Return Quantity Guidelines: To keep things fair for all customers:
- Returns of up to 5 items per customer per calendar month are generally approved.
- Returns beyond this limit may be reviewed by our support team before approval.
- Unusual, suspicious or excessive return activity may result in limited return eligibility.
Return Review Process: We may occasionally review return requests to ensure our policy is being used fairly. If a request falls outside typical purchasing patterns, it may require additional review and, in some cases, may not be approved.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing can vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow around 5 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account or on the card.
Exchanges: If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order once your return is processed.
Items with Issues: If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to our customer support team through chat or email us at info@maugny.com. We’re happy to help and will review issues on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy for US Customers: The return policy is the same for US customers except one exception. A return shipping label cost of US $10 flat fee will be deducted from the refund for each courier return.
How to Request a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition.
- Submit a Return Request. Contact us or submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.
- Prepare and Send Your Item. Please ensure the merchandise is unused, undamaged, and securely packaged before sending it back to us.
- Inspection & Refund Processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Condition check: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
