Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing can vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges: If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order once your return is processed.

How to Request a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition.
- Submit a Return Request. Contact us or submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.
- Prepare and Send Your Item. Please ensure the merchandise is unused, undamaged, and securely packaged before sending it back to us.
- Inspection & Refund Processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Condition check: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
